Return Policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in/on its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number as your proof of purchase. 
To start a return, you can contact us at team@fiercedesigngroup.com. If your return is approved/accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Apparel issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and certainly make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable/Non-refundable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, like custom embroidered products (such as special orders, custom company logo embroidery or name personalized items), Please get in touch with the team if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Apparel Size Issues - Size/measurement charts are provided for each apparel item prior to ordering. We encourage you to measure yourself based on the provided size chart! Custom embroidered apparel for the wrong size will not be approved for 'Return' of 'Refunds'.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
Once your exchange has been approved, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return item is received, the team will automatically ship your replacement item. You’ll receive new shipping/tracking information via e-mail once your replacement item is shipped.
Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
