How many colors can I chose to have embroidered in my design/logo?
Your choice! We always recommend you keep your embroidered logo/text crisp and simple. The more complex the graphic and the more colors required will increase your embroidery cost/pricing. We try to keep your logo colors at 8 colors or under. We’re certainly happy to give you a free quote!
What graphic file types do I need to provide for my logo quote/order?
A high definition .PNG, .JPG or .PDF file would be ideal for detailed digitizing of your logo! We’ll easily take care of needed text with your choice of font without you having to provide any special files.
What does the logo digitizing/setup fee cover?
If your charged a logo digitizing/setup fee...The fee covers the 'Time and Labor' it will take to generate/create your embroidery logo file for embroidery machine sewing. The digitizing fee does not entitle the customer to the final embroidery file. If you wish to purchase the ready to sew embroidery file the cost is $20.00 per 1,000 stitches digitized. Contact the Fierce Design Group Team for more information/pricing on your embroidery file.
**Shirts/Flat fabrics: We recommend 4”H x 4”W or smaller depending on your logo/text for left chest shirts/polos. We can certainly embroidery larger areas like jacket backs, hoodie fronts, sleeves...etc. The team will work with you on the embroidery area size your looking for!
**Caps: We recommend a 2.25”H x 4” - 5"W or smaller depending on your logo/text for caps.
We can embroider many other items including larger jacket backs, back packs, golf towels…etc. We’re more than happy to work with you on the embroidery sizing/pricing for each item you need!
What if I want patches made from my logo?
We can do that! The team will work with you on your specific patch needs and provide you with awesome pricing!
Will I get to approve the final graphic/text prior to production?
You bet! All logo/text embroidery pictures of the final sewing file are sewn out and will be sent to you for final approval before the apparel/cap items are put into the embroidery production line.
How Long Does It Take To Complete/Ship My Order?
Once you approve the final embroidery file/picture sewn sample…Your order will start processing. You’ll receive an e-mail notification that will include your USPS tracking number once your item(s) are ready to ship! Custom embroidered items typically ship in 7-10 business days or sooner. 📫 We ship through U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (Including FPO & APO Addresses) Monday - Friday.
Print Graphics -vs- Embroidery Files Info and Limitations
Not all flat color print file details are capable of being embroidered. If you have a graphic/logo that you're using for menus, banners or flat full color print material...That doesn't mean all tiny/small details in the graphic/logo are capable of being clearly embroidered. Your CMYK, Hex or Pantone colors doesn't mean that there's an embroidery thread color for that exact print color...Be open to being close. The FDG Team is incredible at bringing your logo to life on embroidered apparel! We'll work with you on any tweaks or items that need to be addressed...We've got you covered!
PayPal and Credit Card Payments Fees
The FDG Team strives to provide our customers the best industry prices on our quality embroidered apparel. If your going to pay for your order with PayPal or Credit Card...Your order will have a PayPal or Credit Card fee included to cover the processing cost.
